The news is free. The details are on a plan.
Every week the free list names the businesses that just made a move, with the date. A plan adds what you need to act on each one. Monthly, cancel anytime.

A business counts once.
A plan's monthly number counts new businesses: each one counts the month we first put it in front of you. When the same business comes up again later, for a renewal or a permit, it does not count again.
The weekly cap is how many rows one email carries. Paid plans carry more rows a week than the free list, and every row arrives with its contact lines and the record it was read from.
Seats are people in your workspace. Each seat signs in with their own address and sees the same list and the same records.
Your own business's record is never behind a plan. Any Las Vegas business can see it, correct it, or ask to be left out, at no charge.
