What we keep about you

When you sign up for the weekly list we keep your email address and the settings you chose. When you create an account we also keep your name and, on a paid plan, the billing details our payment processor handles. If you write to us we keep the correspondence. We use standard server logs and our own minimal analytics to keep the site working. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Our analytics sets one cookie with a random identifier so we can count returning visitors and see how people find us. It carries no personal information and is never shared. Page-view records tied to it are deleted after 180 days, and IP addresses after 30 days.

The business data in the product

The rows we send are built from public government records: licence files, permit files, state registration records and similar files published by public bodies. This is information about businesses, not profiles of people, and we do not add purchased personal data about individuals to it.

Your rights over your business record

If your business appears in our data you can see its record for free, ask for a correction, or ask to be left out of what we send to subscribers. Email support@lvleads.com with the business name and address.

Email

The free tier is delivered by email. Every message carries a working unsubscribe link and a one-click way to stop. We do not track opens and we do not wrap links to record clicks. Stopping the weekly email does not delete an account unless you ask us to.

Retention and security

Account data is kept while the account is active and deleted on request. Access to production systems is limited to the people who operate the service, and traffic to the site is encrypted in transit.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we tell account holders by email. Questions and privacy requests go to support@lvleads.com.
