Henderson issued 46 new business licences in the week of August 10, 2026[1], and our copy of the city's licence file holds 16,667 rows in total[2]. Henderson keeps its own records. The city issues its own business licenses, files its own commercial permits, and the Henderson Chamber keeps its own member directory. None of it shows up in Clark County data, which is why lead lists bought for "Las Vegas" so often skip the valley's second-largest city entirely.

What counts as a lead in Henderson

A new license means somebody just opened and needs vendors. A renewal date means an owner will spend one week this year looking at the business on paper. A tenant improvement permit means a space is being built out right now. None of these people asked to be called. All of them have a real, dated reason to take a call that mentions it.

The polite way to use it

Say where you got it. The records are public, and "I saw your license renews in October, that is usually when folks review their coverage" is a normal thing to say. It goes over better than pretending you just happened to call at the perfect time.

Watched weekly

Las Vegas Leads watches all three Henderson files and matches what changes to what you sell. Henderson businesses land in the weekly ten alongside the rest of the valley, each with its source attached. We also publish the valley's weekly count, Henderson included. If Henderson is your territory, this week's ten are free.
