Why we know this
Source: The Secretary of State's corporate record.

The Secretary of State publishes entity records through a search session rather than at a stable per-record address, so no link is shown here. The filing also names the officers who signed it. We publish the entity and not the people named on it.

About this page

This page is built from the official public registers we read on a regular schedule. Nothing on it is estimated; every line carries the date it was checked. We show a record here only when it matches this business, and leave off anything we cannot tie to it with confidence.

Is this your business? You can see this page for free, correct it, or ask to be left out. The privacy page says how.
