Las Vegas Valley, the whole record, kept current

Every Las Vegas business is a timeline. We send you the ones that just moved.

We read the valley's public registers and keep a dated record for every business: registered on this date, permitted, licensed, due to renew. The free weekly list is the newest line on ten of those records, matched to what you sell and where you work.

This week, valley-wide

No entries yet this week. New business records will appear here as they arrive.

Three kinds of news, and the colour says which.

Each business is tagged New, Coming due or Changed, so you can scan the week at a glance. You can read a week's list by colour before you read a name.

New record

Something new

A business with a new record: a license issue, a location first observed in a current listing, a formation filed with the state, or a trade name recorded. None of those events alone confirms an opening.

  • New locations
  • New on the books
  • New businesses
  • Construction and renovation work
License renews

Something due

A date coming up that the business has to act on, and a good week for you to be in touch.

  • License renewals coming up
  • Annual list due
License expired

Something changed

A record that moved the wrong way: a license lapsed, a health grade downgraded, a standing lost.

  • Recently expired licenses
  • Health inspection downgrades
  • License status changes
  • Trade names ended
  • Entity standing changes

Then act on it.

The free list tells you who and when. A plan adds what you need to pick up the phone: the number, the street, the website, the people on the filing, and the record each line was read from.

We read the registers so the list is ready when your week starts.

  1. 1

    We read the registers

License files, permit files and state registration records across the valley, read on a schedule, with the day each line was checked kept beside it.

  2. 2

We match what changed to you

You tell us what you sell and which ZIP codes you work. Each week we keep the businesses whose records changed in a way that fits.

  3. 3

    We send the list

Once a week, early, with the date on every row and a record page behind every name. Ten a week, free, matched to what you sell and where you work.

Every business has a page behind it.

Click a name and you get the business's record: its timeline, what is on file, since when, where, and the day we last checked each line. Any business in the valley can see its own page for free.

Before you sign up

Where does the data come from?
From the public registers local governments and the state publish: license files, permit files and registration records. Every row carries the date its record was published and the day we last checked it.
Is this a purchased lead list?
No. Nothing is bought from a data broker and no one's private information is resold. These are timing signals from public records: a new license, a renewal coming up, a permit filed. The business has a dated, public reason to hear from you.
What does the free list include?
Ten businesses a week, matched to what you sell and where you work, free for as long as you want it. Each row names the business, what happened, the date, what it does, and its city and ZIP.
Can a business see or remove its own record?
Yes. Any Las Vegas business can see its own record for free, correct it, or ask to be left out of what we send. Your own record is never something you pay to see.

Start with this week's ten.

Free, every week, for as long as you want it. Tell us what you sell and where.
