Las Vegas Business License Lookup

Choose the right Las Vegas Valley licensing jurisdiction before using an official business license lookup.

Choose the jurisdiction before you search

Las Vegas Valley mailing addresses do not identify licensing authority. Start with the physical business location and the place where the business operates. The City of Las Vegas, Henderson, Clark County, North Las Vegas, and other jurisdictions administer their own programs.

A business can operate across jurisdiction lines and may need more than one license. A City of Las Vegas or Henderson result is not a valley-wide clearance.

How to read a public license result

A source status describes the source record at the time the municipality published or updated it. It does not by itself prove that a business is operating, closed, or free of other licensing obligations. Read the issue date, expiration date, and any last-updated or last-checked date shown by the official source.

Do not infer the licensing authority from a mailing city. Confirm the operating location with the appropriate local government, especially when an address, entity, or service area crosses municipal boundaries.
