For commercial cleaning

Build-outs end. Restaurants open. Somebody cleans both.

A construction clean is won while the permit is still open. A nightly contract is won in the tenant's first month. Both dates are in the valley's public files, read weekly.

The signals that matter for commercial cleaning businesses

Two of the three signals arrive before a door opens; the third arrives the week help is wanted. All three carry dates.

  • A build-out finishes

From building permit records, Clark County and its cities

Every tenant improvement ends with a space full of drywall dust and a move-in date. The post-construction clean is bid while the permit is open, and the recurring contract usually follows whoever did it.

In the 30 days to August 24, 2026, the valley's building permit files recorded 830 commercial permits.

  • A restaurant or food business opens

From city and county business licence files, Las Vegas Valley

Food-service premises are cleaned to a standard someone inspects. An opening is a recurring contract being decided in the first month, before any routine has set in.

  • An inspection grade slips

From the county's health inspection file, Clark County

A business whose grade dropped has a problem it already knows about and a re-inspection ahead. The tone that works is the plain one: they need what you do, this week, and the record says which week that is.
